Late goal dents Reds' promotion hopes

Uxbridge's BGB South and West play-off hopes suffered a setback after Hillingdon Borough snatched a late 2-2 draw last night.

The Reds started poorly and visiting Boro scored after 13 minutes when Leon Nelson netted.

But Uxbridge fought back and equalised through Kevin Warner's diving header from Mark Nicholls' free-kick.

Neville Roach fired the Reds in front when he got to the loose ball before goalkeeper Barclay Lawrencin.

But in the 87th minute, substitute Blaise O'Brien stunned the home side when he sent a header past Louis Wells.
